Lingtong won the third place in the selection of short video dissemination cases for exhibitions and conferences

On July 17, 2025, the 10th 5th Standing Council Meeting of the China Exhibition Center Association and the Experience Exchange Conference of the Exhibition Industry were successfully held in Xining City, Qinghai Province. Zhang Tao, former full-time external director of central enterprises under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and former director of the Party Building Work Bureau of Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Chen Xianjin, honorary chairman of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (UFI) and honorary chairman of the China Exhibition Center Association, Cong Rifang, current chairman of the China Exhibition Center Association, and the rotating chairmen Zhang Yao, Huang Biao, Zhang Jinyun and Wang Feiyue Vice Chairmen Zhang Weijie, Zhang Yanping, Chai Yingjie and over 50 other executive council members and representatives of member units attended the meeting, where they engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on the current development status, challenges and future plans of the exhibition industry.

The meeting was presided over by Cong Rifang, the on-duty chairperson. Zheng Shijun, the head of the association's secretariat, delivered a work report on behalf of the secretariat, comprehensively reviewing the achievements of the association in the first half of 2025 in terms of Party building leadership, self-construction, and industry self-discipline.

During the discussion, all the chairpersons unanimously recognized the work of the association and emphasized that in the second half of the year, they need to pragmatically advance key tasks: accelerate the construction of the association's Party branch and consolidate the foundation of Party building. Optimize the member training system and enhance professional capabilities in the industry; Improve the membership service mechanism and accurately respond to the demands of enterprises; Strengthen exhibition engineering and well-known brand certification, and standardize industry order; Implement measures to reduce the burden on members and stimulate market vitality. In response to the difficulties faced by the exhibition industry, the representatives suggested refining work measures, innovating the online and offline integrated conference model, and enhancing service quality and efficiency.

The meeting deliberated and approved the "Work Report of the Secretariat" and the "Work Plan for the Second Half of 2025", and agreed to promote China Coal Industry International Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shandong Future Space Group Co., Ltd. to council units. It has been confirmed that the 4th Council Meeting of the 10th term and the 6th Standing Council Meeting of the 10th term will be held concurrently with the "2025 World Venue Forum" in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province on November 27, 2025.

On the afternoon of July 17th, the experience exchange meeting of the exhibition industry was presided over by the rotating chairman Huang Biao, focusing on the hot topics of the industry for in-depth exchanges.

At the afternoon meeting, Zhang Tao, the former full-time external director of central enterprises under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the former director of the Party Building Work Bureau of Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, delivered a speech first. Chairman Chen delivered a keynote speech titled "Analysis and Outlook of the Exhibition Economy Situation in 2025". And the "2025 World Venue Forum Project Release and Discussion" was held.

At the beginning of the "Exhibition and Convention Short Video Dissemination Case Display and Creation Exchange" session, Cong Rifang, the acting chairman of the China Exhibition Center Association, presented awards to the top three enterprises that won in the exhibition and convention short video dissemination case selection, in recognition of their innovative practices in the creation and dissemination of exhibition and convention short videos. Among them, Lingtong Exhibition System Co., Ltd. won the third place. Subsequently, through the presentation of outstanding cases and the sharing of creative techniques, the innovative paths of exhibition communication in the digital age were explored, injecting new ideas into the brand promotion of the industry.
