On March 27th, a team of experts from the National Standardization Pilot acceptance and Evaluation Group visited Lingtong Exhibition System Co., Ltd. to conduct a comprehensive and detailed acceptance and evaluation of the national-level green exhibition service industry standardization pilot project. Through on-site inspections, listening to reports, verifying materials, customer satisfaction surveys, and itemized scoring, after collective evaluation, Lingtong finally passed the acceptance with excellent results and was rated as "excellent", setting a new milestone for the company in the field of standardization construction!

At the beginning of the acceptance assessment, the expert group conducted an on-site visit to the Lingtong base and exhibition hall, focusing on inspecting the product display area and the application scenarios of standardization achievements. They not only felt the perfect presentation of the standardization concept in the products and its efficient application in actual exhibition services, but also gained a general understanding of the achievements of Lingtong's standardization work. Subsequently, the presentation session officially began. President Huang Biao of Lingtong systematically and deeply introduced the implementation of Lingtong's standardization to the expert group. It elaborates on how the company strictly adheres to national standards and industry norms to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with established rules, thereby establishing four major standardization systems. And shared the company's valuable experience in constantly exploring and optimizing standards in practice; Finally, Mr. Huang reported on the remarkable achievements made in the pilot project, such as a significant improvement in business efficiency and a notable increase in customer satisfaction. Immediately after, the material verification and the closed-door meeting of the expert group were carried out in an orderly manner. The assessment expert group, adhering to the principles of objectivity, fairness, scientific rigor, comprehensiveness and accuracy, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional competence, conducted a meticulous review of the standard text, implementation records and benefit data, and held a closed-door meeting to discuss the assessment. In the final feedback session, the expert group believed that Lingtong attached great importance to the construction of the pilot project, provided strong organizational guarantees, and the project was advancing in an orderly manner. The pilot project is reasonably constructed and the standards are effectively applicable. Strengthen the implementation of standards and focus on continuous improvement. Since the implementation of the project, the management and service level has significantly improved, the economic and social benefits have continuously increased, the brand effect has become more prominent, and the work achievements have achieved fruitful results. It has provided a good demonstration case for other service units and played the due exemplary role. Therefore, the assessment expert group unanimously agreed that the national-level green exhibition service industry standardization pilot project passed the acceptance inspection and was rated as "excellent".
